Diego Laje

Diego Laje is an Emmy-winning journalist, anchor, and media strategist with more than 15 years of international experience across top newsrooms. Currently an anchor at CGTN America, he has reported and produced for CNN, La Nación and AFCEA International, where his award-winning defense and national security coverage shaped public understanding of complex global issues .

Fluent in English, Spanish and Mandarin; Laje has fronted live broadcasts from Asia, Europe and the Americas, with a focus on geopolitics, defense, and international business. He previously managed CNN’s Buenos Aires bureau and served as International Correspondent for La Nación, where his leadership in audience growth earned a Martín Fierro nomination.

With a master’s in Journalism from the University of Hong Kong and compartive law training at Oxford, Laje combines on-air authority with strategic communication expertise, advising leaders at the intersection of media, policy and global affairs.

Juan Uriburu Quintana

Juan Uriburu Quintana is a legal strategist with deep expertise in China energy policy, international law, and cross-border institutional affairs. He earned a Ph.D. in Asia Pacific Studies from National Chengchi University and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, complementing advanced studies in public policy and law.

He has held senior positions in both government and industry, including Director of International Judicial Affairs at Argentina’s Ministry of Economic Affairs, Head of Legal and Institutional Affairs for China at Grupo ELING, and Head of the China Desk at Argentine Railways.

A frequent lecturer at Georgetown Law and Johns Hopkins SAIS, Dr. Uriburu Quintana is recognized for bridging legal, policy, and business priorities across Latin America and Asia, advising leaders on strategy, governance and international engagement.
